ILYA KRAVCHIK
E-learning designed for real impact
MY Approach
My approach is learner-centered and performance-focused, using story-driven scenarios with clear narrative arcs and believable personas to build context, decision-making, and transfer. I bring graphic design rigor to learning UX, using visual hierarchy, consistency, and accessibility to reduce cognitive load and clarify the path through the experience. I use scenario-based learning, and data-informed iteration to align content with business goals and measurable outcomes, while keeping the experience coherent, engaging, and brand-aligned.

BUSINESSES I HAVE PARTNERED WITH
ABOUT ME
A good Learning Experience Designer is, first and foremost, a good storyteller. We’re drawn to strong narratives, which is why we remember tales like Hansel and Gretel and what happened to the three little pigs since childhood.
My approach is to layer my background in graphic design, film and behavioral psychology to develop a learning experience in a similar way that movie narratives are developed. I design the characters and draw out storyboards to create a captivating experience that will hook the user emotionally and keep them engaged.
I structure scenario-based learning as a kind of Hero’s Journey, with a call to adventure, knowledge gathering, the darkest hour, and a resolution. I combine learning objectives, assessments, and accessibility, while using visual hierarchy and cognitive load management to keep the experience focused, human-centered, and tied to real performance.
